POC Commercial Cleaning surpasses all other cleaning services I’ve ever worked with. Their team not only excels in efficiency but also in their friendliness and responsive demeanor. From the outset, we've been fortunate to have consistent cleaners whom at this point have integrated into our workplace, feeling like an extension of our own staff. Rosy, in particular, has left an indelible mark with her dedication, despite the language barrier. Thanks to the app they utilize, communication barriers dissolve, allowing us to engage effortlessly. Whether it's a late-night concern or a special request, their commitment shines through, with resolutions promptly communicated through our accessible dashboard. POC embodies the essence of service excellence, and I regret not sharing my gratitude sooner. Thank you for your unwavering dedication.
